On November 20, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce newly approved foreign-invested enterprises or foreign-invested enterprises with increase of capital: Raahe Langton Leasing (China) Co., Ltd and Yuen Foong Yu Investment Co., Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of the two companies are financial lease and investment and assets management.
